Each of our tutus are hand made with soft nylon tulle. We wrap each of our tutus elastic waist with at ribbon of your choice. We have many colors to choice from. If you don't see something you like please feel free to email us at DDIVAZ@HOTMAIL.com and we will custom make a tutu to your design.
